Return & Exchange Policy
The company processes returns and exchanges in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection».
Return period: Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order.
Conditions for returning goods of proper quality (quality matches the description)
- The item has not been used and its original appearance, packaging integrity, seals and tags are preserved
- The set is complete
- No mechanical damage, chips or scuffs
Shipping costs: the cost of delivery when returning or exchanging goods of proper quality is paid by the buyer.
Conditions for returning goods of improper quality (manufacturing defect or damage)
If a manufacturing defect, incomplete set or damage is discovered, the buyer is entitled to:
- A free exchange for an equivalent item
- Free repair of the defect
- A full refund
Shipping costs: when returning or exchanging goods of improper quality all delivery costs are covered by the seller.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items made to the buyer's individual order (except in cases of a manufacturing defect)
How to initiate a return

- 2Provide your order number, full name and describe the situation (attach photos/video of the item if needed).
- 3Send the item to: Gordashivka village, Cherkasy region, Ivana Bohuna St 87 (recipient: FOP Mateienko M.L., tel. +380683583146).
- 4Give the manager the tracking number of the parcel you sent.
Note: by prior arrangement with the manager, a return can also be processed at our workshop at Travneva St 30.
Refund
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the buyer's bank card.
